Job details We are seeking a tech-savvy, solutions-driven Customer Solutions Representative to join a fast-paced, custom production environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys listening to clients, analyzing unique needs, and developing tailored solutions rather than following a script.

Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to retain and apply knowledge, and confidence navigating new systems and processes. This is not an outbound sales role; instead, you will work directly with inbound client inquiries to guide projects from concept to execution.

Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound client inquiries via phone and email

Listen carefully to customer needs and recommend customized solutions

Translate client requests into clear, actionable project specifications

Apply product knowledge to unique, one-off custom orders

Prepare quotes and guide customers through pricing and options

Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure accurate execution

Maintain detailed and organized project records

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Provide high-quality customer service throughout the project lifecycle

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Skills:
Experience in a custom production, print, signage, manufacturing, or similar environment

Experience preparing quotes or estimates

Background in retail, hospitality, or client-facing roles requiring solution selling

Experience working with design files or proofing processes

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
2+ years of customer service experience

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to retain information and apply knowledge to new scenarios

Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems/software quickly

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail

Ability to manage workload in a moderate-to-high volume environment

Self-starter who can think independently rather than rely on scripts
