Customer Solutions Engineer, gTech Professional Services
Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. + 3 years of experience in working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP). + 3 years of experience in coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python). + Experience in troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers. Preferred qualifications: + Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. + Experience in working with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL). + Experience in business, business engineering, consulting, or a related field. + Experience in online advertising industry. + Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical materials to audiences of any size and background. + Excellent project management skills with attention to detail. gTech’s Professional Services team takes a creative, collaborative, and customer-centric approach to provide foundational services and forward-looking business solutions to top advertiser and publisher customers. To learn more about gTech, check out our video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HcjR6ZngQcw) . + Work with the business team to Identify, develop, and optimize the new business opportunities and develop warm client relationships by leveraging Google products and technologies. + Develop solutions as the technical lead, and provide consulting services to partners; build relationships and be sensitive to client's needs. + Propose, design, create and present prototypes, demos and proofs-of-concept to audiences, from engineers to marketing professionals. + Provide quality customer experience by delivering technical value to their online, digital initiatives. + Travel as required to meet with Partners/Clients in the region.
