As a **Customer Support Analyst** at Nestlé Baltics, you will play an essential role in ensuring customer satisfaction and strengthening relationships between the organisation and its clients. Serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries, you will address questions, feedback, and concerns related to Latvia clients. Your proactive approach will facilitate efficient issue resolution and support continuous improvement in our customer service processes. You will represent our commitment to providing exceptional support throughout all stages of sales and post-sales interactions.
To excel in this position, you should demonstrate outstanding communication skills and the ability to establish trust with clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Respond promptly and accurately to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
+ Identify customer needs and provide assistance regarding specific features.
+ Analyse and report product malfunctions.
+ Collaborate as a team member on local business initiatives and pursue opportunities to enhance customer support.
+ Maintain internal databases with details about technical issues and relevant client communications.
+ Monitor customer complaints on social media and provide timely assistance.
+ Communicate feature requests and functional solutions to team members.
+ Follow up with customers to confirm resolution of issues.
+ Collect and relay customer feedback to Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
**Qualifications for Success**
+ Previous experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar capacity.
+ Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
+ Proven capability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
+ Patience and professionalism when handling complex cases.
+ Curiosity, initiative, ambition, and self-motivation.
+ Proficiency in written and spoken English and Latvian languages.
+ Knowledge of Russian is considered an advantage.

+ Salary range of 1950 € - 2300 € gross monthly. Salary is based on candidate experience and competencies.
