We are looking for a new team member to join our Customer Service team in Žilina for the position of Customer Services Support Specialist.This is a diverse and engaging role that involves daily communication across all Customer Service teams and with our clients. Your work will have a direct impact on the smoothness and efficiency of the services we provide, as well as on the overall workplace atmosphere.We value initiative and welcome fresh ideas for improving processes and doing things better.

Your role:

Keeping records and updating data in the internal systemGenerating and managing KPI reportsRecording, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with SLA parametersOrdering parts for service interventions (internal client)Receiving incoming requests from customers and managing the client portal teamplay FleetProviding information and communicating further solutions to clientsProcessing service intervention requests and creating and managing service tickets

Your expertise:

Completed secondary education Experience with SAP is an advantage Experience with MS Office, especially Excel – advanced level English language – at least intermediate level (B2) Positive and optimistic attitude Excellent communication skills Ability to handle stressful situations

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: starting from 1500 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
