Customer Services Specialist - Order Management
Work Flexibility: Hybrid

What You Will Do:

Manage end-to-end order processing, ensuring accurate and timely order entry in the ERP system.

Monitor order status and coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Review and validate customer orders, pricing, and required documentation before processing.

Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders regarding order progress, delays, or issues.

Support invoicing processes by ensuring all order details and documentation are complete and compliant.

Follow up on backorders, shipment schedules, and delivery confirmations.

Maintain accurate order records and ensure data integrity within the system.

Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency in order management operations.

 

What You Need:

Required:

BS degree in a relevant field

Min 3 years of experience in order management and customer services process

Advanced knowledge of MS office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

ERP system knowledge

Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)

Preferred:

Experience in medical device/healthcare industry

Experience in Business Process Analysis
