Job Description:
This role involves providing operational and administrative support to Sales Representatives in line with budget and sales targets, managing customer relationships, and enhancing the effectiveness of sales processes. Customer Services Manager aims to include tracking invoices and managing payment processes, monitoring inventory levels to ensure product availability, and coordinating logistics operations such as order processing, and delivery.
Manage the day to day operational relationship with our customers and coordinate the receipt of products from stock/warehouseMonitor the timely communication of product requests and follow up product delivery statusBeing fully responsible of order to invoice process and customer collaboration agendaManage and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely paymentsCollaborate with sales and finance teams on customer account mattersGenerate regular reports on accounts receivable status and agingManage product exchange and return processes efficiently and effectivelyCollect and analyze customer feedback. Ensure customer retention and satisfaction by delivering an outstanding support experienceTake full responsibility for your area and ensure all Customer Service, operational, efficiency & financial KPIs are monitored effectively and targets achieved.Take ownership and participate in projects, resulting in increasing customer satisfaction, increasing efficiency, lower costs and optimized inventory levels.Monitor and evaluate the performance of team membersJob Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields)Strong track record and minimum 10 years in a business-to-customers selling environment, preferably in the dental industryFamiliarity with regulatory requirements in the healthcare industryExcellent verbal and written English communication skillsStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and customer relationship skillsAnalytical thinking ability and result-oriented approachKnowledge of logistics and Warehouse managementAbility to manage product exchange and return processes efficientlyOperating Company:
