About the role:

Be responsible for providing high standard concierge service to our tenants and customers in our shopping mall.

Handle customers' enquiries & requests, support marketing / promotional activities and the daily operations of our property management services.

Handle customer complaints and feedback where appropriate

Perform other duties/ad hoc projects as assigned by the superior

Perform general office administrative duties as assigned, including filing documents, procurement and maintenance of office equipment, stationery and water

What this job involves:

Supporting communications across the board

In this role, you’ll work directly with the regional account manager and regional operations manager in supporting both domestic and regional communications strategies. Your main task is to draft various communications pieces—including interesting social media posts, general announcements and communications templates—and ensure that these outputs are consistent across the region. You’ll also assist in engaging our customers by developing satisfaction survey programmes, tracking feedback and generating monthly reports.

Bringing task management to front and centre

Are you a data expert? As the person in charge, you’ll oversee system data and ensure that the information is accurate and up to speed. Likewise, you’ll make sure that tasks are properly assigned, and that tagging follows global convention. You’ll also report on task-related data and analysis on a monthly basis. Aside from this, you’ll sit on top of tasks completions and any customer complaints.

Diploma holder with at least 1 year's customer service experience focusing in frontline customer interaction, hotel or shopping mall concierge experience, or above with relevant experience

Pleasant personality, outgoing and presentable

Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills

Good in spoken and written English and Chinese. Competent in spoken Putonghua.

Good in PC skills

Experienced and customer-centric

You should have a degree or diploma in business administration, facilities or equivalent qualification, and over four years’ experience in a related field. Likewise, strong customer skills and extensive experience in logistics management, international administration and data analysis may help you land this job.

Creative and strong-willed

You need to be highly creative to come up with engaging communications pieces across various media and platforms.
