Role and Responsibilities 

Enter quotes and orders in SAPFirst contact to customersInform customers about status of orders.Handle warranty, return and credit requestsHandle complaints (invoices, deliveries, etc)Take care of Nordson internal requests and all other incoming requestsProactive order follow up

Skills and Qualifications 

Minimum MBO+ - degree (similar to German Berufsausbildung) in commercial or logistics.General knowledge on business and work processes (supply chain).Relevant experience in a customer service related environment or a business environment is highly desired.Professional German and English language skills are required (writing and verbal)Any additional language would be a plus.Computer literate (basic knowledge of MS-Office).SAP and Material Resource Planning (MRP) system knowledge
