Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service-Worksite Representative to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established insurance company. The role requires a proactive individual who can provide exceptional customer support, resolve inquiries, and contribute positively to team objectives. The position includes on-site training for 7 - 8 weeks, followed by a hybrid work schedule once proficiency is achieved.
Responsibilities:
• Provide accurate and timely information to policyholders regarding insurance products and coverage.
• Address incoming calls and inquiries related to claims, policy statuses, and self-service troubleshooting.
• Process claims intakes and direct sales-related inquiries to the appropriate team to enhance revenue.
• Consistently meet departmental performance standards, including quality, average handling time, and other key metrics.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share feedback with leadership.
• Participate in mentorship programs to support entry-level representatives and foster team development.
• Represent the company's values of empathy, problem-solving, and ownership in all customer interactions.
• Adapt to various shifts within the stated operational hours while maintaining high service standards.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support organizational goals.
Requirements • Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and empathetically.
• Familiarity with claims processing and basic troubleshooting techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance metrics such as KPIs and quality standards.
• Proficient in computer systems and software used in customer service environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to resolving complex issues.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
