Customer Service - Transport Administrator
Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a year's experience in logistics and customer service to be trained and developed in the exciting world of freight forwarding. If you're organised, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Dealing with clients via telephone and emailAnswering queries and dealing with complaintsMonitoring and tracking freight movements in real-timeKeeping clients informed at every stage of the delivery processSupporting the Transport Manager with job bookings and admin tasksProblem-solving on the go to ensure smooth, on-time deliveries



Criteria

At least 1 year of experience in Transport / Logistics AND 1 year in a Customer Service RoleFully PC LiterateStrong IT skills and confident using systems and trackersExcellent communication - clear, concise and always professionalBeing able to remain calm under pressure and solutions-focusedFlexible and adaptable with a proactive attitude
