In this role, you will drive value and enhance service for our customers while optimizing supply chain efficiency. You will leverage both internal and customer data to refine plans and support joint initiatives with our strategic partners.
**How You Will Contribute**
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned customer portfolio.
+ Manage and resolve escalations related to complaints and disputes, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution.
+ Contribute to achieving business and commercial objectives by meeting customer service targets, supporting continuous improvement initiatives (both internal and external), and fostering collaborative relationships across functions and with customers.
+ Work closely with the order fulfillment team to monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including conducting root-cause analysis and implementing improvement initiatives.
+ Utilize customer data to monitor supply availability, depot-to-distributor service levels, stock holding, and promotional sales performance. Use these insights to drive informed decision-making internally and collaboratively with customers, maximizing service levels and sales.
+ Implement and manage CMI (Customer Managed Inventory) or VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) programs to optimize inventory levels and ensure product availability at customer locations.
+ Apply a commercial approach to identify opportunities for mutual growth, leveraging customer insights and market trends.
+ Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and efficient delivery of products.

+ Proven experience in Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) with direct customer interaction.
+ Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+ Proficiency in SAP and MS Office suite. Power Bi desirable.
+ Strong customer focus with exceptional influencing and communication skills.
+ Demonstrated commercial acumen and understanding of customer business drivers.
+ Solid understanding of supply chain principles and practices.
+ Strong focus on delivering productivity gains, superior service, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
+ Team player with a proactive mindset, accountability, and flexibility.

**Job specific requirements:**
+ Comercial Supply. Strond relationship with clients (Distributors).
+ Customer Service experience in Consumer Goods or Retail companies.
+ PMI - VMI knowledge (Vendor Managed Inventory) - Nice to have.
+ Analytical profile.
+ Intermediate English level.
+ SAP and Power BI management.
