Customer Service Temp
Job Description Customer Service - Tunbridge Wells, UK

One month contract.
Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5pm
£13 per hour
Immediate start
We are currently seeking a temporary Customer Service professional who can hit the ground running and contribute to our team's success immediately.

Job Responsibilities:Answering inbound calls and taking detailed messages.Liaising with internal departments to follow up on queries.Performing strong administrative tasks, including placing orders in our system.Managing multiple tasks with quick turnarounds in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Great attention to detail and administrative accuracy.A confident, self-starting personality with the ability to work independently.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
