ABOUT THE ROLE
Customer Service Team Leader is responsible for managing a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSR) and overseeing the order to invoice process to meet all related goals and objectives of both, Arrow and our Customer. Team Leader ensures and further develops the right service level to our customers in line with the company goals.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
Customer Service Team Leader at Arrow is typically involved in:
Coaching and developing the CSR teamGenerating KPI’s and identifying areas for improvementManaging performance within the team along with annual appraisalsDeveloping processes to ensure consistent sales support and customer satisfactionLeading Change Management initiativesDriving innovation projectsCoordinating any Quality issuesHandling People Management administrative tasksCommunicating with stakeholdersManaging a team responsible for the following:
Order to invoice processesCommunication with customers and suppliers while delivering after-sales serviceOrder managementCooperation with Sales, Asset and LogisticsDriving on-time-delivery performanceResponding to backlog changesTeamwork with Inside Sales and Product ManagementManaging customer inventoryWHO YOU ARE:
English on min C1 level (spoken and written)3-5 years of Customer Service or Order Management experienceStrong communication and coordination skillsExcellent organizational skills and professional attitudeAbility to handle demanding situationsCustomer-oriented mindset, proactive and innovativeSupply Chain and people management experience is an advantageWHAT WE OFFER:
