The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.Your Responsibilities
Contacting customers via phone, email, or chat in Swiss German.Assisting with technical, warranty, and complaint issues.Updating customer data and collaborating with other departments.Our Requirements
Fluent Swiss (Schwyzertüütsch).English at B2 level.Basic MS Office skills and a positive attitude.Nice to have:

Salary: 10 000 PLN gross + bonus
Work Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM) – weekends off!
