You’ll be the first point of contact for our international customers, helping them solve problems, answer questions, and providing top-notch service.
**What You’ll Do:**
✔️ Engage with customers via phone in **German** and **English;**
✔️ Resolve queries with empathy and efficiency;
✔️ Provide product or service information and recommendations;
✔️ Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the customer experience.
