About the Role:
As aCustomer Service Specialist, you’ll be the key connection between our company and our customers, ensuring smooth order handling and top-tier service. You’ll manage the full order cycle-from setup to delivery-while working closely with Sales and Supply Chain to meet customer expectations. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment and enjoys building strong relationships.
Key responsibilities:
+ Act as the main point of contact for your customer portfolio.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
+ Handle customer queries with ownership and professionalism.
+ Accurately process high volumes of orders in SAP.
+ Coordinate product availability and delivery timelines.
+ Validate pricing and support contract updates.
+ Resolve complaints and implement corrective actions.
+ Optimize logistics for efficient and cost-effective deliveries.
+ Take full ownership of customer service quality.
About You:
+ Fluent inFrenchandEnglish(C1 level).
+ 5+ years in Customer Service, ideally in B2B or manufacturing.
+ Strong SAP experience (5+ years preferred).
+ Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
+ Customer-focused and relationship-oriented.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
+ Comfortable with numbers and data.
+ Proactive, adaptable, and resilient under pressure.
+ Team player with planning and multitasking abilities.
+ Problem-solver with a positive attitude.
Work Schedule:
To ensure excellent service for our customers, this role follows a fixed schedule with set working hours. You may be scheduled to work weekends or public holidays, depending on business needs.
