About the Role:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the key connection between our company and our customers, ensuring smooth order handling and top-tier service. You’ll manage the full order cycle-from setup to delivery-while working closely with Sales and Supply Chain to meet customer expectations. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment and enjoys building strong relationships.
Key responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for your customer portfolio. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams. Handle customer queries with ownership and professionalism. Accurately process high volumes of orders in SAP. Coordinate product availability and delivery timelines. Validate pricing and support contract updates. Resolve complaints and implement corrective actions. Optimize logistics for efficient and cost-effective deliveries. Take full ownership of customer service quality.
About You:
Fluent in French and English (C1 level). 5+ years in Customer Service, ideally in B2B or manufacturing. Strong SAP experience (5+ years preferred). Salesforce knowledge is a plus. Customer-focused and relationship-oriented. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Comfortable with numbers and data. Proactive, adaptable, and resilient under pressure. Team player with planning and multitasking abilities. Problem-solver with a positive attitude.
Work Schedule:
To ensure excellent service for our customers, this role follows a fixed schedule with set working hours. You may be scheduled to work weekends or public holidays, depending on business needs.
