Customer Service Specialist

Main Responsibilities:*
+ Execute and manage parts inventory, including accurate transaction processing, purchase order follow-up, and FSE usage tracking.
+ Support service revenue activities, such as invoice billing, forecasting, and related reporting. Manage service contracts.
+ Confirm accuracy of shipping document and invoice contents.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a timely fashion.
+ All activities must strictly adhere to Abbott Code of Business Conduct.
Skills & Experience Required:*
+ College or above graduated.
+ A minimum of 3 years of working experience in customer support, logistic management, distribution, or related field.
