What You’ll Do
+ Engage with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
+ Provide clear, helpful information about testing services and pricing.
+ Research and resolve inquiries with accuracy and care.
+ Set up new accounts, enter orders, and maintain detailed records in our database.
+ Identify when issues need escalation and ensure smooth handoffs.
+ Apply company policies consistently while delivering a great experience.
+ Collaborate across departments and cross-train for broader knowledge.
+ Report challenges and customer feedback to leadership.
+ Maintain professionalism and adhere to schedules and safety practices.

What We’re Looking For
+ Positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping others.
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ 1–3 years of customer service experience.
+ Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
+ Comfortable with MS Office and database systems.
+ Ability to manage time and stress effectively.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beaverton, OR.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
