Job Description

Responsibilities:Order Placement: Process customers’ orders efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner using different ERP systems.Communication with Customers: Respond to internal and external customer inquiries via email, or other communication channels in a professional manner, providing customers with appropriate information about products or services.Collaboration with Other Departments: Work and communicate effectively with other departments to address customer requirements and meet customer deadlines.Problem Solving: Quickly and effectively resolve customer issues to ensure their satisfaction.Handling Complaints: Handle, analyse, and resolve customer complaints according to the company’s procedures.Collecting Feedback: Gather and analyse customer feedback to improve service (via email or phone, or other communication channels)Learning and Development: Continuously update knowledge about the company's products, services, and processes. Participate and initiate process improvements.

Requirements:Education:Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration or a scientific discipline.

Experience:Preferably minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in B2B or e-commerce. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:Strong Lithuanian and English language skills (oral and written). Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Good communication skills. Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. Ability to work well in a team and share workload. Ability to solve problems and multitask under deadlines. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

The monthly salary range estimated for this position based in Lithuania is €1 983,33–€2 970,83.
