Customer Service Specialist
The Impact You'll Make

As our customer service specialist, you’ll play a key role in overall business success by ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

Providing outstanding, and consistent customer experience increases overall customer satisfaction and provide you with collaboration opportunities with different teams and opportunities to grow within.

You’ll collaborate with internal functions supporting the business and take ownership of customer service requests such as end-to-end order status management.

What You’ll Be Doing

Understand and resolve customer needs, including non-standard queries, while promoting satisfaction through team-based problem solving.

Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status and support their digital journey with Danfoss.

Accept and process sales orders in line with business rules, and manage export-related activities where applicable.

Handle complex customer accounts and assist sales teams with order fulfillment and service requests.

Collaborate across internal functions—logistics, manufacturing, pricing—to ensure seamless operations.

What We're Looking For

2–3 years’ experience in order processing and export management, with a strong customer focus

Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and Excel, or willingness to learn digital tools

Ability to collaborate across teams and manage complex customer accounts

Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal

A mindset of proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement
