We are recruiting for a **Customer Service Specialist** to join our Customer Operations team in Abingdon. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring every interaction is handled with care, professionalism, and a “Right First Time” approach. You’ll manage customer queries through multiple channels, coordinate the servicing of drug and alcohol testing devices, and act as a key liaison between laboratories, service providers, and customers. We’re looking for someone with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a strong ability to prioritise workload, and a customer- and quality-focused mindset. Experience in customer service, ideally in a scientific or healthcare environment, is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and experience with Salesforce and Sage is advantageous.
