You can be slightly experienced candidate with a background from Customer Service or a junior candidate willing to learn and boost the career in a global corporate company by managing specific tasks and actions to a consistent high quality.

 

We are looking for a service-oriented person with excellent communication skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our new Customer Service Specialist your key responsibilities are:

Providing professional support to our customers Responsible for accurate and timely routine order processing and management Responsible for customer and product data maintenance in key systems Cooperating with other departments in our compan Identify, investigate and resolve logistic and interaction issues and complaints What We're Looking For

To be successful in this position, you should have:

 

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.

 

2–3 years of experience in an administrative or customer support role. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail. Solid communication skills, both written and spoken. Fluency in English (you’ll use it for daily communication and training) Ability to stay organized and perform well under pressure and deadlines Strong team spirit and willingness to collaborate. Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system is a plus – but don’t worry, we’ll train you!
