Customer Service Specialist
Job Description The Customer Relations Specialist builds strong relationships with customers by providing product and service information, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and order processing. Key responsibilities include training, reviewing purchase orders, coordinating shipping details, maintaining customer records, and acting as a liaison between the customer and the organization.
