Key Responsibilities:
Process sales orders received via email and phone, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Issue invoices, returns, credit and debit notes, and handle invoice cancellations.Maintain and update customer master data, ensuring data integrity.Register and follow up on customer complaints, providing timely resolutions.Provide critical information to internal sales team.Open and follow up on tickets for any potential issues.Participate in and support departmental projects.Critical Success Factors & Challenges

Critical Experience
Previous experience in customer service and administration.Project management experience is advantageous.Critical Knowledge
Proficiency in Spanish and English; Italian is a plus.Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).Technical, Professional and Personal Capabilities
Strong teamwork and communication skills.High tolerance for stress and resilience in fast-paced environments.The role demands meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of conscientiousness.
