 Responsibilities:

Provide customer follow-up, recording and tracking progress in Daily Contact Tracker.Conduct introductory training of new Customer Contact Center agents and proactively support team.Support Sales and Service DepartmentsRespond to all dealership reviewsHandle all social media actions on sites like Facebook, Twitter and InstagramCraft unique and personal responses for each interactionAid in updating clients on progress by monitoring and social interactions
