Hours: Mondays & Wednesdays 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Saturdays 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
May be full-time for the first 1–2 weeks for training

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a seasonal, part-time position with our client, a small and friendly office located in Ellsworth, Maine. The Customer Service Representative will be a key point of contact for customers, providing professional, upbeat support in a fast-paced setting. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with questions or requests

Providing accurate and friendly service information

Scheduling services or processing orders as needed

Updating customer records and performing basic data entry

Supporting day-to-day administrative needs in the office

Managing multiple tasks while maintaining a calm, professional attitude

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

Previous customer service or office experience

Strong multitasking and communication skills

A helpful and positive demeanor

Basic computer knowledge and comfort with data entry

High school diploma or equivalent
