Customer Service/Sales Support
Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Support specialist to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional support to the sales team by managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth communication. • Configure pricing and quotes using systems to align with client needs and company standards. • Assist with CRM data management to maintain accurate customer information and track sales activities. • Utilize ERP solutions to streamline billing, auditing, and other related financial processes. • Handle inbound calls professionally, offering solutions and support to customers. • Audit sales transactions and billing functions to ensure compliance and accuracy. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales workflows and customer satisfaction. • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to address concerns and provide updates. • Maintain a high level of organization in managing multiple tasks and deadlines. • Identify opportunities to enhance sales support processes and recommend improvements. Requirements • Proven experience in financial services or sales support roles. • Proficiency in Configure Price Quote (CPQ) systems for pricing and quoting. • Familiarity with CRM software for customer relationship management. • Knowledge of ERP systems and their application in billing and auditing processes. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members. • Ability to handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer service. • Detail-oriented with auditing expertise to ensure accuracy in transactions. • Adept at managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
