Customer Service Sales Rep

Summary: Seeking a Customer Service Sales Support Representative to manage customer inquiries, troubleshoot orders, and create parts quotes with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and CRM systems.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and CRM systems Ability to type at least 50 words per minute with high accuracy Capability to work at a faster-than-average pace Strong organizational skills Attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

Post-high school education Previous customer service or similar experience

Responsibilities:

Manage email inquiries, perform quoting activities, and communicate order status to customers Address and resolve issues, manage product returns, and log customer complaints in the CRM system Collaborate with departments like Material Planners, Shipping, and Accounting for order management Answer approximately 200+ calls per month from customers in phone queues Support Quality and EHS compliance policies

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
