Temp-to-Hire position$12.50 to $17.50 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst Shift (Monday through Saturday from 09:00am to 06:00pm)Assist customers in selecting auto insurance policies that fit their needs and budgetExplain policy features, coverage options, deductibles, and state requirements clearly to clientsProvide accurate quotes and process applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referralsHandle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide ongoing support with claims or policy changesMeet or exceed monthly sales and service goalsStay up to date on auto insurance regulations, company products, and industry trendsEnsure compliance with all state licensing and insurance lawsCustomer Service Sales Agent Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)Valid state insurance license (or willingness to obtain)Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or sales preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex policies in simple termsGoal-driven with strong sales and negotiation abilitiesBilingual (Spanish/English) a plusProfessional appearance and business attire requiredApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
