Customer Service Support Representative Responsibilities Include: 

Obtains sales orders from customers via phone and/or email Provides knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability via phone and/or email correspondence Works with internal departments to resolve customers’ issues (warranties, back orders, etc.) Generates pick tickets for orders to the warehouse Performs /assists in assorted warehouse duties including shipping and receiving, order check-in  and verifications, cycle counts, Etc.  

Successful Customer Service Support Representative Candidates Will Have: 

Professional communication style (both written and verbal) Customer service focus Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs Organization and time management skills with the ability to multi-task Ability to lift up to 40LB pounds Automotive parts or heavy-duty truck parts knowledge, beneficial but not required. preferred

The role is a physically active role Will be required to lift, pick, pull, and stock heavy duty truck parts that might be in excess of 5 40 lbs with lift assist devices Will be required to stand for long periods of time on a variety of surfaces Will frequently be required to: walking, bending, sitting, twisting, stepping, stooping, reaching, lifting, pushing and climbing Will frequently use a computer in the course of completing daily activities
