Shift Details:
This role offers a consistent schedule with operating hours from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Your shift will be 8.5 hours long, providing a great balance within these operational hours.
Responsibilities:
Be a point of contact: Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email, providing prompt and helpful support.
Solve problems: Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner, diagnosing and resolving issues effectively.
Keep things moving: Monitor the progress of delivery routes to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Manage information: Scan haul-away pods, verify stamps, and process changes or cancellations to delivery orders with precision.
Working hours: 5:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
1 year of related experience, especially in a call center, would be a great asset.
Spanish-speaking is a plus

Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
High school diploma or equivalent
