Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate???s or bachelor???s degree is a plus

1+ year of experience in a customer service environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
