Responsibilities: ... Be the friendly voice for our valued customers (schools, libraries, bookstores) by answering phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
Process orders accurately and maintain detailed records using Microsoft Office and Excel.
Provide ongoing support to our sales team by processing quotes and invoices.
Stay up-to-date on our children's book inventory and product information.
Contribute to a fun and collaborative work environment.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience in customer service or a related field.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a positive and professional demeanor.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) with a strong ability to learn new software. (Required Skill)
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills.
