Within the group, Nobel Biocare is an implantology business, currently looking for a Customer Service Representative in Budapest.
In this role you will be responsible for providing customer service to dental professionals.
What is your role going to look like?
Together with 9 team members you will be supporting Hungarian marketAct as a primary point of contact for our clients and commercial teamsBig part of your day will be order management- receiving, monitoring, and processing customer orders in SAP.You will also handle complaints or any other requests from our clientsYou can expect receiving requests primarily via email (CRM) or phoneCoordinate and process returns and exchanges: collect returned products, reconcile them against invoices, enter returns into SAP, and manage shipments to the central warehouseSupport the preparation and dispatch of physical invoices to clientsOversee the coordination and reception of incoming and outgoing physical parcels, ensuring smooth logistics operationsProvide administrative assistance to the local Training and Events ManagerWhat can you look forward to?
