The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, chats and emails depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented Customer Support Specialist to handle incoming customer requests across various communication channels. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer experience by adhering to client quality standards and service-level agreements, while providing support in German
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and resolve customer inquiries received via phone, email, or chat.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems.
• Follow client and company procedures to ensure service excellence.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
• Meet or exceed established performance metrics and quality standards.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in customer care or service-related roles.
• Strong service mindset with a genuine passion for helping people.
• C1 fluency in German (spoken and written) is mandatory; English is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm, resilient, and professional under pressure.
• Affinity for technology and ability to learn new tools quickly.
