Due to the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center in Poznań we are currently seeking candidates for the position of: **Customer Support Representative with German** **Poznań, Poland** **Your responsibilities:** + Manage and resolve issues through a ticketing system (technical troubleshooting) - no previous background needed, full training provided. + Cooperate closely with our B2B clients, building long-term relationships, while also supporting end users. + Ongoing responses for incoming calls daily in English and German (on average 10 per day). + Assist customers with data management and analysis tools. + Work in a dynamic and international team setting, engaging with customers to enhance their experience with our digital technologies. + Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to stay updated on the latest advancements and improve technical support capabilities. **Our requirements:** + Bi-lingual in German and English, proficient in both verbal and written communication. + Ability to work an eight-hour shift (hours 8:00 am to 4:00 pm or 8:30 am to 4:30 pm). + Strong communication skills to navigate and diagnose problems effectively through structured conversations. + Ability to work on multiple tasks/projects simultaneously. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. + Willingness to learn. **Nice to have:** + University graduate. + Experience in Customer-facing roles. + French or Russian language skills. **What we offer:** + Employment contract. + Strong support for work-life balance, including a hybrid work model at Business Garden in Poznań, available once the training and onboarding period is complete. + Opportunities for professional development within the company, with strong support for internal career growth. + Employee referral program. + Additional vacation days based on length of employment. + Holiday allowance when taking at least 2 weeks off. + Daily use of a foreign language in a friendly international working environment. + Private medical care, life insurance, sports card, meal allowance, language courses, a social fund budget, and various additional fun events in our office. + Free access to our e-learning platform, featuring over 1,000 courses. **Please attach an English version of your CV.** John Deere is an equal opportunity employer.
