Westbank Animal Care Hospital is looking to add a part time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to our team.
Located in the heart of Westbank BC, we are a fast-paced veterinary hospital. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional client and patient care, while also focusing on maintaining a welcoming, professional workplace where our team can thrive.
This position involves supporting our team in various aspects of the hospital including:
- Greeting clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing the front desk
- Assisting with billing and processing payments
- Maintaining accurate records and files
- Coordinating communication between clients, veterinarians, and staff
- Keeping the reception area clean and organized
The successful applicant will have:
-Previous experience in customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic is preferred but not required
- Must be available for some evening and Saturday shifts
