Key Responsibilities:

Provide flawless customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to tenders strictly and efficiently.Successfully implement customer service strategies to improve customer happiness and dedication.Collaborate with internal departments to determine customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Support Tenders team in Poland with any relevant task as necessaryActively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve service delivery.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the tenders or related industry.Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, in Polish and English.Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
