ResponsibilitiesProcess customer transactions from quote to cashSupport the EMEA Customer Service Team and collaborators with all aspects of order processingRespond proactively to customer queries via phone and emailSupport projects related to customer happinessEnsure adherence to export and legal guidelines for national and international transactionsPreserve master data in ERP and CRM systemsRequirementsProven experience in customer service or a related fieldFlawless communication skills, both written and verbal in English, German would be a plusAbility to successfully implement and adhere to strict guidelines and processesStrong organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to effectively operate ERP and CRM platforms (SalesForce strongly preferred)Join us in this dynamic role where you’ll engage with customers and collaborate with an outstanding team to deliver outstanding service.
