Customer Service Representative/ Receptionist

Job Title: Receptionist

Pay Rate:$21/hourly

Schedule: M-F; 8:30am-5:30p

Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for a range of front office and administrative support tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and a welcoming office environment.Reservation CoordinationManaging meeting room bookings and ensuring availability for scheduled appointmentsCoordinating reservations for internal and external guests as neededOffice Amenities & SetupEnsuring meeting rooms are properly set up with required amenitiesMonitoring and restocking pantry snacks and suppliesAssisting with general office maintenance and cleanlinessVisitor ManagementHandling visitor check-ins and ensuring proper registrationProviding assistance to guests and directing them to appropriate contactsCatering SupportCoordinating with catering services and guiding them on where to set up within the officeAssisting with food deliveries and ensuring proper placementMail and Package HandlingReceiving, tracking, and distributing incoming packagesManaging outbound mail and courier requestsReception DutiesAnswering and directing phone callsResponding to general inquiries from clients and employeesSupporting administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and documentationFacility SupportLoading and unloading the dishwasherCleaning and organizing common areasAssisting with maintenance requests and coordinating with building servicesEmployee & Client AssistanceProviding support for employee or client needs related to office logisticsEnsuring a professional and helpful front desk presence

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
