What You'll Do

Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism Manage a high volume of phone calls, emails, and online requests with efficiency Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow for a busy practice Assist clients with check-ins, check-outs and payments Educate clients on hospital services, preventative care, and resources Collaborate with doctors, technicians, and assistants to keep the day running smoothly Be part of a team that values continous learning and mutual support

What We're Looking For

A positive attitude, and love for both pets and people Excellent communication and multitasking skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment A team player who enjoys helping others succeed Previous veterinary or customer service experience a plus (but we're excited to train the right person)
