TEKsystems is actively recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team in Plymouth, MN!
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and has strong SAP and customer support experience.
Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative will serve as a key point of contact between customers, internal teams, and field service personnel. This individual will manage customer inquiries, support order and complaint processing, and ensure timely, accurate communication throughout the customer experience. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities
Customer Support & Communication
+ Serve as the primary contact for all customer questions, concerns, and service requests, ensuring professional and timely responses.
+ Maintain strong communication channels with customers, field service teams, and internal departments to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
Complaint & Quality Management
+ Support and manage the customer complaint process using SAP, tracking issues from initiation to resolution.
+ Collaborate with the field service and quality teams to investigate complaints and ensure corrective actions are completed.
+ Utilize SAP and CAQ (Computer-Aided Quality) systems to document, track, and resolve quality‑related concerns.
Order & Invoice Processing
+ Prepare and process invoices, quotes, and customer documentation using SAP.
+ Manage 20+ orders and quotes weekly, ensuring accuracy, timely submission, and alignment with customer expectations.
+ Provide customers with up‑to‑date status reports on product orders, shipments, and service requests.
Administrative & Departmental Support
+ Assist team members with employee expense processing and general administrative tasks.
+ Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the Customer Service department by supporting special projects and daily operational needs.
+ Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must Haves:
+ 2+ years of professional customer service experience in a corporate, technical, or service‑oriented environment.
+ 2+ years of hands-on experience using SAP for order management, complaint handling, invoicing, or related functions.
+ 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with strong proficiency in data entry and documentation.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
