Our client, a leader in the energy and infrastructure sector, is seeking a Damage Prevention Analyst to join their team. As a Damage Prevention Analyst, you will be part of the operations support department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and safeguarding critical assets. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Damage Prevention Analyst
Location: Houston, TX
Process One Call tickets and triage them to operations within regulatory timeframes.
Communicate with State and Provincial One Call Centers.
Identify and address activities that could pose risks to pipeline systems.
Support investigations into potential unauthorized activities and near misses.
Assist with system issues, enhancements, and continuous process improvements.
What’s Needed?Related university degree or four+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent).
Strong map-reading skills and understanding of One Call regulations (Canada & US).
Knowledge of provincial/state and federal regulations in both countries.
Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive environment.
