**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
+ Process orders, deliveries, and returns accurately using internal systems.
+ Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
+ Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency, escalating when necessary.
+ Maintain organized records and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

**Conditions of Employment**
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
**Work Environment**
+ This role operates primarily in an office environment, with occasional exposure to plant conditions during tours, which may include proximity to mechanical equipment, varying temperatures, and elevated noise levels.
