Responsible for strengthening customer relationships and improving customer experience, with a focus on new clients and driving a more robust commercial strategy. **Responsibilities** • Manage administrative tasks including invoicing, quotations, weekly reports, and maintaining schedules to support sales operations. • Provide clients with timely updates on work orders and follow up on quotations to ensure smooth progress. • Engage actively with new clients by monitoring and following up on open tenders, driving customer acquisition. • Support and manage a back-office structure that enables a targeted sales force guided by a segmented commercial strategy across clients, regions, operations, and product portfolios. **Skill Descriptors** Customer Focus: builds and maintains positive client relationships with emphasis on meeting client needs.
