Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative I to join our team on a contract basis in Baltimore, Maryland. In this role, you will perform essential data entry tasks while supporting various administrative functions. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to local government operations in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Responsibilities: • Enter and update data accurately and efficiently into designated systems. • Travel to various locations as needed to gather and process required information. • Maintain and organize records and documentation to ensure compliance with organizational standards. • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. • Utilize related systems to manage data effectively. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information in accordance with regulations. • Support healthcare-related administrative tasks as directed by supervisors. Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in data entry or a clerical role. • Familiarity with healthcare administrative processes is preferred. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Ability to travel locally to various sites as required. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
