Customer Service Representative (Hybrid) - 1st Shift - Starting at $22.09/hr

Schedule:

1st Shift: Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 5pm CTHybrid: Onsite for training, then onsite approx. 1x/monthOvertime based on business needs

What you will do:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations and communications.

Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionalsEngage, interact, and respond in a prompt, accurate, courteous and poised manner to encourage positive business relationships with internal and external customersProvide feedback and suggestions to improve service levels, internal processes and customer support methodologySupport Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails and fax. Researches responses with salesKeep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions takenDetermine charges for product requests / usage, collaborate with Accounts Receivable on invoice disputes / discrepancies, take appropriate action required to resolve disputeMaintain customer pricing in systems of record, including entering contracts as requiredImplement and support Quality initiatives throughout Customer Service workflowImplement procedures to maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system through proper billing and replenishment processesProvide support beyond standard hours as needed if call volume and/or workload require additional time

What you need:

Required

High School Diploma or GEDTwo (2) years’ relevant work experienceIdeal candidate resides within 1 hour of Wood Dale, IL location

Preferred

Experience as account representative; ERP, CRM, SAP systemsHospital or medical field experience; medical terminology

$22.09 – $27.81 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
