What you will do in this role
As a Customer Service Representative, you are the one who helps customers to answer their questions with the goal of ensuring a positive customer experience and finding the best solution for their needs via phone, email and live chats.
Your qualifications
Concentrix is a great match if you have:
Estonian language spoken and written as a native speaker
High spoken level and understanding in Russian language
Good (at least B1/B2 level) English language skills
Good communication and organizational skills
Politeness, professionalism and friendly attitude to clients
Previous customer experience is necessary
What’s in it for you
Working hours: 24/7 from Monday to Sunday, 8.5h and 12h shifts
Hourly salary of 5,10 Euros / Gross
Performance bonus up to 150 Euros / Gross
Expenses subsidy (phone, internet, parking, sports, etc.) of €60 net per month;
Private health insurance (in addition to Haigekassa)
Work from office in Tallinn or Tartu
