Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Lewiston, ME

Pay: $19/hr

Hours: 7:00 am-3:30 pm or 7:30 am-4:00 pm, Monday – Friday

In this role, you will handle email communication, enter customer orders, and provide support to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for:
Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally Accurately enter orders into the system Provide clear, helpful information to customers and internal teams Maintain organized and accurate records of interactions Assist with other office tasks as needed

High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and organizational skills Basic computer proficiency Reliable and professional demeanor Business casual attire with closed-toe shoes Be comfortable walking throughout the day and assisting in the warehouse as needed
